Looking back always helps me put my life into perspective. It allows me to analyze and appreciate my past and prepare for the future. The only thing that is constant in the life is change and I am personally always striving to change for the better and that takes a willing mind and effort. Yes oh yes it does, Effort for self-improvement.
Reflection is the key to growth. being able to assess your past so far is instrumental to plotting your success moving forward
It’s not about regrets

having just had my 25th birthday. It is a monumental time for me. Moving out of the early twenties into the later, a time zone where expectations are higher and end goals are getting closer. It makes me more determined to succeed in all aspects of my life.
So as I Sit and reflect, look back at my last years since graduating drama school, my journeys have taken me From London to Atlanta; ATL to New York, the USA for 3 months. France for 3 and Nigeria for 8, I love to travel and meet interesting with the difference in culture and way of life. My job allows me the freedom to live and grow as a person and an artist.
I think so deeply of the people I have met, that are in my heart and part of my smile, The experiences the Connections and the opportunities.
All in all, never regret but always revisit. Before my next adventure, I always ask myself these questions
- Does this serve my greater purpose
- Does this enable me to reach my goal
- Does it make me happy
- Does this challenge me
- Will this allow me to evolve as a person
My answers are always yes.. which is why I am always bouncing around like a yo yo.
