Yo dolls, Its fun Kitchen time! You are getting to know me better girl, smoothies are my utmost favorite breakfast meal of all time, I’d say during most seasons but even more so during the summer time. A smoothie acts as a brilliant intersecting treat between meals, it can be a lovely rejuvenating and healthy addition to my food intake during my days and weeks.
I am always experimenting with many recipes keeping it interesting whilst also incorporating foods that I usually don’t like eating solo.
Banana’s and Oats are two examples of foods I cannot eat on their own The texture is just a No No for me .. I’m Not about that life. So instead of loosing out on all the Banana goodness. I throw it into a blend with other fruits and vegetables and make it a yummy breakfast /Snack to pump me full of energy and vitamins.Great way to start the morning and get me through the day.

Orange and carrot smoothie baby
3 MENJOL DATES
200ML ALMOND MILK
Peel and wash the carrots and chop em into blend-able squares
Squeeze the orange juice into the blender discard orange meat
De pip the dates and pop them in.
Pop two large spoons of oats all up in the Nutri-bull.
Pour in the almond milk.
Scoop a spoon of Greek yogurt in add ice

Blend blend and blend like you’ve never blended before lol
